Backorders and Shipping

Backorders

Backorders are rare, but do occasionally occur. Most backorder situations are cleared up in a relatively short period of time. If you order a backordered item your account will not be billed until the item is shipped. We will email you indicating that a backorder exists. To inquire about the expected shipping date for a backordered product, call our office at 770-451-0602 or 800-241-4925, or e-mail us.

Shipping & handling

Shipping & handling charges will be added to each order. Our policies are:

• The on-line shopping cart automatically calculates the correct shipping & handling charge for your order.
• Shipping & handling rates are based on the total weight of the order.
• Shipping & handling is charged on all orders, both prepaid and invoiced.
• P&H is able to ship most orders within 1-2 working days.
• Orders are shipped via UPS ground service or FedEx Ground.
