By paying attention to food labels, patients can eat healthier. But, for some, food labels may look as though they are written in a foreign language. With this tear sheet, your patients will learn the difference between saturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and trans fats as well as how each relates to food products and health matters. Patients will then understand how fat grams add up on food labels and how to calculate fat grams based on their calorie intake.
